What you can do, to beat tired legs, so you can once again stand up for a good period of time comfortably, is to learn how to shift your weight into your thighs, right down to your calves. A time will soon come, when you just hang by the thread nicely, with your weight settled down right through your body, down to your feet into the floor. Once this has been achieved, even simple walking will feel better and lighter, you will have that bounce in your step.
